The new vBulletin Software on http://www.captnwa.com/forum/index.php  is up and running and will offer better communications with our membership. 

When the vBulletin page comes up click Register on the menu bar.  It is on the left side of the screen. 

To Register you will need your eMail address and a password of your choice (perhaps something short and easy to remember). 

Also pick a User Name you like – one that has your first or last name is good so others can figure out who is posting.  If the one you pick is taken already by someone else you will need to think of a different one. 

Please use nealhe as referrer when you fill out your registration. 

You can set your local time zone or do it later.

You can control many functions by clicking User CP (on the upper menu line) to set up the board to your preferences. 

The forum has many features – don’t worry about learning them all at once.  Refer to the FAQ if you have questions. 

Try posting a new thread or reply to the existing messages.  You can upload attachments such as .pdf and .jpeg files but sizes are currently limited to 400K and 200K respectively. 

The section ‘NWA Pension Announcements’ has an additional password  (so that items appearing there can only be posted by the Board) but the other sections are open without a password. 

Please let me know if you have any questions, problems, or suggestions. 

One of the board features will eMail you of any new posts in a particular section of interest to you.
